Via Metrorail (Recommended)
Our offices are located only a short walk from the Court House station on Metrorail's Orange Line. When leaving the Court House Metro station, take the escalators on your left up to the street level. You will exit the station underneath an awning and be facing Wilson Boulevard. Turn right, following Wilson Boulevard away from the escalators for one block until your reach N. Courthouse Road. Turn right on N. Courthouse Road and continue (walking past the Arlington County Courthouse on your left) for another block until you reach 14th Street North. Make a left turn onto 14th Street North and follow the directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
From Alexandria/Crystal City
Take US-1 North to VA-110 North towards Memorial Bridge(I-66 W)/Rossyln(VA-110 N) for 1.5 mi. Take the Memorial Bridge exit - go 0.5 mi. Take the (US-1)/Rosslyn Key Bridge(US-50 W) exit - go 0.6 mi. Continue on US-50 West - go 1.0 mi. Take the Court House Rd exit - go 0.1 mi. Turn right on N Court House Rd - go 0.2 mi. Turn right on 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Start going towards the Airport Exit - go 0.2 mi. Take George Washington Memorial Pky north towards GW Parkway North - go 2.1 mi. Continue on US-50 West - go 1.0 mi. Take the Court House Rd exit - go 0.1 mi. Turn right on N Court House Rd - go 0.2 mi. Turn right on 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
From Downtown Washington, D.C./Capitol/Mall Area Via Roosevelt Bridge
Take Constitution Avenue west (U.S. 50 West) toward I-66 West and cross the Roosevelt Bridge into Virginia. Take first exit at end of bridge onto U.S. 50 West (stay in the left lane of this right exit). Continue on U.S. 50 West, approx. ¾ mile to the Courthouse Road exit on your right. Take the Courthouse Road exit and go up the hill to the second traffic light, which is 14th Street North. Turn right onto 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
From Georgetown Via Key Bridge
Cross the Key Bridge into Virginia and continue straight into Rosslyn onto Fort Myer Drive, staying in the rightmost lane. Make a right turn onto Wilson Boulevard. Go approximately 1 mile to N. Courthouse Road. There will be a Wendy's restaurant on your left. Turn left onto N. Courthouse Road and go straight 2 blocks to 14th Street North. Turn left on 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
From Northern Virginia/Tysons Corner/Dulles Area via I-66 East (After 9:00 a.m.)
During non-HOV hours (after 9:00 a.m), follow VA 267 East (Dulles Access Road) or I-66 East to Exit 72 Spout Run/U.S. 29, Lee Highway, turning right at the end of the exit ramp. Follow U.S. 29 North, Lee Highway for approximately 4 lights, past Exxon station to N. Veitch Street (Sign is obscured, but Bergmann's Dry Cleaner is diagonally across intersection). Turn right on N. Veitch, follow for approx. ½ mile, crossing Wilson and Clarendon Blvds. Follow the road as it winds to Courthouse Road. At Courthouse Road, turn right and follow to the next light. 14th Street North. Turn left on 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below.
Note: Traffic on Rt. 1-66 is limited to High Occupancy Vehicles (HOV) of two or more persons before 9am on weekdays.
From Western Maryland/Frederick/Rockville (After 9:00 a.m.)
Follow 68 East/I-70 South/I-270 South past Rockville to I-495 South/Capital Beltway toward Northern Virginia. Cross the American Legion Memorial Bridge into Virginia. Take the first exit onto George Washington Memorial Parkway toward Washington, D.C. Follow the George Washington Parkway to the U.S. 50 West exit (Note: Exit is closed on weekday mornings until 9:00 a.m.). Continue on U.S. 50 West, approx. ¾ mile to the Courthouse Road exit on your right. Take the Courthouse Road exit and go up the hill to the second traffic light, which is 14th Street North. Turn right onto 14th Street North and follow directions under "After Turning onto 14th Street North" below. If you are arriving prior to 9:00 a.m., follow From Northern Virginia/Tysons Corner/Dulles Area via U.S. 50 East (Prior to 9:00 a.m.)
After Turning onto 14th Street North
Our building will be on the second block, on the right hand side, at 2000 14th Street North. Our reception area is located on the 8th floor at Suite 800. There is two-hour, on street, metered parking (bring quarters) or an underground garage which can be reached by making a right at the end of 14th Street North onto N. Taft Street. The garage, operated by Colonial Parking, charges $4.00 per hour, $6.00 for two hours, or $8.00 per day. LM&O provides parking validations for its clients and prospective clients only.
