Established in 1995 as an independent, full-service advertising agency, we built our expertise in military recruiting—where trust, commitment, and purpose-driven messaging are essential to success. In the years since, we’ve honed that expertise and expanded our offerings to become a leading media buying, social media marketing, and PR agency specializing in enrollment, membership and volunteerism marketing. Today, we’re known for our prowess in crafting campaigns that go beyond awareness—driving measurable impact and long-term engagement for our clients.

As CEO, Karen leads the agency’s operations and is actively involved in each department’s success. She brings extensive marketing and advertising experience on both the client and agency sides of the business, as well as digital marketing and market research expertise. She has a proven track record of delivering on KPIs, growing programs, transforming data points into actionable strategies and forming strong, long-lasting client relationships. Outside of the office, you can usually find her watching her kids play lacrosse.

Fun fact: Karen proudly holds the title of 2014 Mayan Towers Bocce Tournament champion.

Over 24 years with LMO, Chris has held many roles at the agency from Traffic Manager to CEO. He currently serves as President, where he oversees operations, strategic direction and the agency’s growth while supporting the CEO’s initiatives. Outside of the office, you can find him either playing golf, attending a family event or tinkering around the house.

Fun fact: Chris has a secret skill of sewing, by hand and using a sewing machine.

Theresa has been with LMO for 25 years as a multifaceted professional, handing all things financial, HR and operations for the agency. While her hair might be sporting a touch of distinguished grey (or perhaps a vibrant purple!), her passion for her work at LMO remains as bright as ever. She brings a wealth of experience and a long-standing commitment to the team's success. Family is Theresa's anchor, and she’s grateful for her amazing husband and three wonderful teenagers who keep her busy. When she’s not navigating the exciting world of LMO, you'll likely find her cheering on her kids at soccer or baseball, cooking, baking or enjoying Mexican food.

Fun fact: Theresa admits to a joyful obsession with Pure Barre and a weakness for a bit of retail therapy.

Drawing on more than two decades of frontline expertise, Jessica leads our agency's client relationships with strategic vision and accountability. As LMO’s senior representative, she crafts marketing strategies, nurtures key client connections, and shoulders final responsibility for our performance. When not delivering exceptional results alongside our Media and Creative Directors, she's zipping around on her eBike, diving into Reddit, or streaming content across every platform imaginable
Education: Miami University (of Ohio), Communications and Marketing
Fun fact: Jessica has a not-so-secret obsession — true crime in every format, from docuseries to Reddit threads.

Bob brings more than 30 years of experience across the military and private sectors, along with deep expertise in strategic marketing, talent acquisition and organizational leadership. A military veteran, Bob has led national recruiting and advertising efforts for the Air National Guard and managed $1.2B in government resources, before driving significant growth at LMO through targeted RFP strategies and strategic partnerships. His leadership is defined by data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration and an unwavering commitment to mission success. When he takes a break from LMO’s new business efforts, Bob loves to travel, explore and experience new things.

Fun fact: Bob once spent an afternoon circling Luxembourg thanks to an elaborate maze of one-way streets. His review of the city: great views, zero exits.

Paul is a data-driven paid media specialist with expertise in all media forms, including traditional, experiential and digital. With over 15 years of industry experience on both the agency and client sides, he leverages analytics and audience insights to inform strategic decision-making for clients across multiple industries. Paul’s expertise in developing and executing performance-driven strategies empowers LMO’s clients with measurable results that increase their media ROI and enhance their brand visibility. In his free time, Paul enjoys hiking, sports (especially the Chicago teams not named the White Sox), spending time with family and friends, and attending concerts.
Education: Indiana University, Telecommunications Management
Fun fact: Paul is the 5th generation of Paul Kormans. He also took a white-water rafting trip in the Grand Canyon where his boat flipped. Spoiler: he was OK — as were the other two Paul Kormans who were with him.

Oronde leads all creative strategies, processes and production as LMO’s Creative Director. With over two decades as a professional creative, his passion and respect for his craft come through in every deliverable. Oronde excels at all levels of video production and graphic design, so he works from a complete view of creative processes when developing meaningful brand identities and impactful campaigns. He credits Paul Rand, the Godfather of Graphic Design, with heavily inspiring his early career. Oronde spends his weekends mountain biking and in constant pursuit of the perfect green yard.

Fun fact: Oronde loves Dragonball Z.

Andy leads LMO’s technical content efforts and is our PR team editor. With technical writing experience across multiple industries and products, he cultivates subject matter fluency through continuous study and engagement with experts. He can help any client market their solutions credibly and effectively, but he loves projects where customers need B.S. – building science – in their content. He maintains professional relationships and certifications with organizations dedicated to building better, including the Green Home Institute. Andy’s interests include a livable planet and recognizing all people as people (tout moun se moun). He also likes books and family time.
Education: Seton Hall University, English
Fun fact: Andy uses serial commas recreationally.

Cori brings versatile expertise to LMO as an experienced copywriter and editor, crafting impactful content across multiple formats and industries. With a knack for adapting her voice to diverse client needs, she excels in developing both concise messaging and comprehensive long-form narratives that drive audience engagement. Cori enjoys immersing herself in new subject areas and producing compelling, authentic copy that resonates with target audiences. When she’s not writing, she can be found running, taking photos or spending time with her husband and baby boy.
Education: Virginia Commonwealth University, Public Relations
Fun fact: Cori has been to every continent except Asia. Her most memorable travel experience was getting married while surrounded by penguins and icebergs in Antarctica.

Jake specializes in creating strategic media plans that drive results. He is skilled at maximizing client media budgets across diverse channels and developing comprehensive media plans targeting increased leads and awareness. His expertise extends to performance analysis, translating metrics and data into compelling campaign narratives. Jake loves traveling and dogs — especially his mini bernedoodle, Cooper Bear.
Education: The George Washington University, Communication and Business administration
Fun fact: Jake was a Division 1 diver.

Katherine uses her graphic design talents to create compelling visual content, including print designs and social media graphics. With mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for layout and composition, she brings clients’ branding and visual identities to life. She’s also well-versed in the minutiae of creative production, including pre- and post-production processes. Katherine is bilingual (English and Spanish) and enjoys gouache painting and baking in her free time.

Fun fact: Katherine has never broken a bone.

Katie brings more than 20 years of marketing communications, public relations and social media insight to every LMO project. As our consummate PR pro, she knows how to get the right message in the right media at the right time. She’s worked on B2B and B2C campaigns for clients in diverse verticals, including consumer-packaged goods, volunteer associations, home design and building products. A reliable resource for program management and brand-building activities, Katie expertly manages public relations and marketing activities such as influencer campaigns, press tours and trade show promotions. Her experience also includes coordinating with international campaigns and localizing them for U.S. audiences and markets. In her free time, Katie is a self-proclaimed human jukebox, a lover of ladybugs and soft pretzels, and a traveler with a thirst for adventure. Memorable adventures include climbing ice walls in Iceland, chasing rainbows in Ireland, and learning how to make paella at a cooking class in Barcelona.

Fun fact: Katie sings in a pops choir and coordinates a local book club’s reading selections.

Maria plans and implements pay-per-click media strategies to drive compelling brand stories and produce measurable results across multiple platforms. Always ready to represent LMO as a panelist or speaker, she has deep knowledge of industry, brand, campaign, and ad implementation trends for improving ROI and audience relationships. In her free time, Maria reads, runs, cooks and plays with her dog, Lady.
Education: Anderson University, Marketing/Communications and Journalism
Fun fact: Maria grew up in Indiana and has hunted for most of her life.

Megann has over twenty years of expertise developing, executing and monitoring strategic advertising campaigns for government and non-profit clients. Her skillset combines proficiencies in public service advertising, market research and data analysis. As an expert in PSA campaign oversight, she manages and promotes national, multi-million-dollar PSA efforts for television, radio, cable, print and out-of-home media across LMO’s client portfolio. In her personal time, Megann can often be found exploring the nature trails of Northern Virginia with her high-energy puppy, Lucy.
